This is a Chinese restaurant where the Beijing duck arrives gleaming, carved tableside, and you can order a half if a whole feels ambitious. Dim sum and hand-pulled noodles round out the menu. The wine cellar is right there in the room, sealed behind glass, because why not let it watch.
