A medieval castle perched above a mountain village is not the most obvious home for a modern farm-to-table restaurant, but Krone leans into the setting without becoming a theme park. The dining room pairs old stonework with clean contemporary design, and the kitchen follows Swiss seasonal produce closely. Getting here requires a short walk from the car park or a pre-booked hotel shuttle, which at least keeps the crowd self-selecting.
