This is a Spanish tapas bar in Polanco, modeled on the kind of place in Madrid where nobody eats alone and the anchovies come on toast with oil and tomato because they don't need to be anything more complicated than that. Classic patatas bravas, gambas al ajillo, flan, everything sized for the table.
