A timber-framed restaurant perched above the Ardèche hills, where the name translates loosely as "small Cévennes farm" and the kitchen takes that brief seriously. Chef Florian Descours holds a Michelin star and works with beef, pork, snails, and trout sourced from nearby valleys, which sounds like a menu, but here it reads more like a map of the region. An indoor herb garden and views over the hillsides do most of the interior decorating.
