The two chefs run a seasonal French kitchen with a light Mediterranean pull, using mostly local produce, and the cooking is precise without being stiff. Service matches: polished but warm. In good weather, the terrace is the obvious choice. Elegant rooms upstairs if you'd rather not drive home.
