-
An old stone farmhouse in the wooded hills above Plage de Tahiti, where the hotel produces its own olive oil and wine and lays out fruit from the garden each morning at a long, unhurried open-air breakfast. Rooms run to terracotta floors and Provençal antiques, some with sea-view balconies or skylights. It's a boutique hotel that Saint-Tropez's glossier crowd walks straight past, which is more or less the point.
