This is the hotel restaurant done properly: a gourmet dining room with an intimate, old-world feel, shifting to covered outdoor tables when the weather cooperates. The kitchen leans Mediterranean with a strong respect for local and seasonal produce, meat and fish treated with equal seriousness. The wine list runs deep, with a few rare bottles tucked in for anyone who asks.
