    A 14-room luxury boutique hotel on the Cos d'Estournel wine estate, where the Gironde estuary keeps everything green and quiet. The 18th-century mansion mixes Indian antiques left by its original owner with contemporary rooms designed by the Soho House's Alex Michaelis. Wine tastings happen in a vaulted cellar below, and the restaurant's open kitchen means you can watch the chef while you work through a Bordeaux. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
