La Posada de Águeda
Traditional Spanish
A chalet-style roadside building on the N-III that looks modest from the highway and turns out to be the go-to dining room for the Utiel-Requena wine country. The family runs it together, with one half in the kitchen and the other working the floor, and the cooking stays close to home: Spanish classics, local recipes, and the kind of rice dishes, arroz al senyoret, lobster paella, that take patience to do properly.
