A Spanish saying about bread, cheese, and wine greets you at the door of this regional restaurant set inside an old pharmacist's house in Cariñena wine country. The dining rooms occupy what were once the bedrooms, giving the whole place a pleasantly domestic feel. The kitchen leans hard into Aragonese tradition, borage and stewed meatballs and the slow-roasted local lamb that locals would consider non-negotiable. The Bib Gourmand fits.
