A two-Michelin-star table inside a farmhouse wrapped by vineyards, olive groves, and lavender fields in the Luberon. Christophe Bacquié runs a single set menu with a Mediterranean accent, his wife and a tight team beside him. The cooking keeps things transparent rather than showy, and a few signature dishes, a modern aioli among them, travel from one menu to the next like old friends who know better than to leave.
