La Table du Royal
Mediterranean
The terrace at La Table du Royal looks out over the Baie des Fourmis, fringed with greenery and arranged as though the Riviera has never heard of a bad afternoon. This is the hotel restaurant of the Royal Riviera, and the kitchen leans into the geography, sourcing gamberoni from San Remo and fish from small local boats. The citrus dessert with honey vinaigrette has developed something of a following, which on the Côte d'Azur takes some doing.
