A small, contemporary restaurant in the mountain village of Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid, run by a couple who met working under the Marcon family, whose restaurant happens to be just up the road. The chef cooks with real ambition: composed plates, layered technique, the kind of care you'd expect somewhere far more expensive. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, which tells you something about the pricing.
