The Pink Granite Coast outside the windows does a lot of the decorating at this Art Deco-spirited boutique hotel on the Breton coast. Rooms lean monochrome with wide windows that frame the rocks and sea, and the spa carries enough weight that it's written into the hotel's name. The restaurant looks out over Sept-Îles Bay. Three separate buildings, slightly different in character, so there's something to debate at check-in.
