A century-old building that started life as a farmers' casino and social club now holds a Michelin-starred contemporary Catalan restaurant in a small town outside Girona. The Feliu family has run it for decades, and the current generation leans into modern tasting menus that open, charmingly, with what the house calls "vermouth time." Local produce drives everything, and the room still carries its 19th-century bones without making a fuss about it.
