A sleek remodel that kept the warmth of a traditional inn, Lamm serves regional German cooking with a few well-placed international turns, like duck breast alongside stir-fried Asian vegetables or maultaschen sautéed in butter next to Angus roast beef. Several set menus run the options, including a vegan one, which is not something most Swabian inns can say. Weekends fill up fast, so a reservation isn't optional so much as mandatory.
