L'Antic Molí
Mediterranean
A restored flour mill between the sea and the mountains of Catalonia, L'Antic Molí holds a Michelin star and runs on an almost doctrinal commitment to local produce. The chef is a Slow Food devotee with a 7,000-square-metre regenerative kitchen garden out back. The tasting menu comes in two versions, essential and complete, and in February and March the kitchen pivots hard around mantis shrimp, if that's the kind of news you've been waiting for.
