A restored old mill near the Slovenian border, surrounded by vineyards from two of Friuli's top wine zones, is a persuasive setting for a creative, region-first restaurant. Antonia Klugmann grows her own herbs and vegetables on site, and the kitchen makes that feel like a philosophy rather than a selling point. The wine list leans into the Collio and Colli Orientali with real depth. A Michelin star.
