A country restaurant on the road to the Monts Jura that stays full because the kitchen earns it, not because there's nowhere else to go. The chef works a tight loop of local suppliers: fish from Lake Geneva, pork and poultry from nearby farms, herbs from his own garden. Bread and ice cream come from scratch. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand, and the wine list leans toward independent growers, so the bill stays surprisingly reasonable.
