Century-old plane trees shade the patio at L'Aupiho, a Michelin-starred fine dining room set within a luxury hotel at the foot of the Alpilles. The Belgian chef trained under Michel Guérard and brings that rigorous pedigree to a menu that leans hard into Provence, bold and precise in equal measure. The landscape is basically on the plate, and the setting, golf course and spa nearby, makes it easy to linger well past dessert.
