Le Castellaras
Provençal Mediterranean
A refurbished farmhouse in the hills above Fayence, with an open kitchen that feeds straight onto a terrace overlooking the valley and the walled village below. This is a Provençal restaurant in the truest sense: the menu follows the market and the seasons, so what's on the plate depends entirely on when you show up. A handful of rooms mean you can stay if the view, or the wine list, gets the better of you.
