A well-preserved château an hour inland from Le Touquet, with herb gardens feeding the kitchen tucked into a rust-colored modern wing. The 28 rooms and suites run more contemporary than the stone exterior suggests, and a Sothys spa handles recovery from the drive. The Michelin Guide awarded it 2 Keys. Chef Christophe Dufossé's on-site restaurant holds two Michelin stars, which does rather raise the stakes for breakfast.
