The old wine storehouse on a cobbled square in Sommières is now a modern French restaurant built around a patio shaded by an olive tree. The cooking nods to the classic repertoire, then quietly does something more interesting with it. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand, and on warm evenings the terrace fills early with people who clearly already knew about the patio situation.
