    A Josper oven does a lot of the heavy lifting at this modern bistro in Jodoigne, lending a quiet smokiness to dishes that also lean toward bright, unexpected fruit notes, quince alongside wild boar being the kind of move that either sounds odd or perfect depending on your mood. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand. If you want to linger without the buzz of the front room, the second room is worth requesting.
