A 19th-century château turned boutique hotel on a 180-hectare estate in the Loire Valley, where 19 individually designed rooms split between the castle itself and a traditional Solognote farmhouse. The bar runs from morning coffee to evening cocktails, and on Monday and Tuesday nights guests eat together around a communal table. Bikes, forest laser games, and astronomy nights are all folded into the room rate, which sets the tone nicely.
