Les Murisaltiens
French
A former station café beside the Meursault train tracks, taken over by a chef who traded château kitchens for something with no tablecloths and no pretension. This is a down-to-earth French bistro doing Burgundy classics: snails, Charolais beef, blackcurrant tiramisu. The weekday lunch set menu keeps it firmly in "affordable" territory. And yes, the name just means "people from Meursault," which is as unpretentious as the room itself.
