The Migdalor tower sat neglected for decades before Brown Hotels converted it into this design-forward Tel Aviv hotel. A former nightclub is now a fifth-floor restaurant with a sprawling terrace, the lobby once housed a travel agency, and the suites come loaded with vintage Marshall speakers and some with rooftop Jacuzzis. The Haiku Skybar catches a full 360-degree panorama of the city and the Mediterranean, which is a strong argument for one more drink.
