    Rough-hewn logs and Canadian Rockies stonework in the middle of Megève's fur-coat après-ski scene, which is either a bold statement or a very good joke. This seasonal ski hotel leans lodge over chalet by design, courtesy of the Sibuet family. Rooms come with high-end bedding and fireplaces, a Longevity Spa runs the full circuit from pool to ice grotto to cryotherapy, and the bar draws a crowd that is absolutely not dressed as a lumberjack.
