Set in a historic building on the edge of Coyoacán's main plaza, Los Danzantes is a contemporary Mexican restaurant that draws a steady crowd of locals and travelers alike. The kitchen leans into regional technique, and some dishes have held their spot on the menu for over two decades, which in this city is its own kind of argument. A sister restaurant operates in Oaxaca under the same name but runs its own entirely separate menu.
