A one-Michelin-star restaurant built from local Bormes stone and set directly above the water, with views stretching from Cap Nègre to the Îles du Levant. The kitchen runs on a tight principle: one premium ingredient, one sauce, one side, with fresh fish sourced from a Le Lavandou fisherman and herbs pulled from the garden. The Mediterranean does most of the talking, and the room gives it a very good stage.
