    The plates here are genuine Wedgwood, which makes sense given the address: a sprawling modern dining room inside the World of Wedgwood visitor complex, built into what used to be the factory canteen. The kitchen leans on prime British ingredients, there's a tucked-away bar worth finding, and a chef's table with a window straight into the action. Josiah himself would probably approve, or at least recognize the crockery.
