Lunario
Mexican
A greenhouse tucked among the vines of a Baja winery, Lunario earns its Michelin star with two multicourse tasting menus that lean seasonal, vegetable-forward, and quietly ambitious. Chef Sheyla Alvarado sources heavily from the property's own farm, and the kitchen's open enough that counter seats put you practically in the middle of it. Open seasonally, so plan accordingly.
