A farmhouse restaurant at around 900 meters, reached by gravel road through forest and meadow, with bare wooden tables, cowhides on the walls, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the pasture where their own Black Angus cattle graze. The menu follows those same animals pretty closely. Lunch runs à la carte or set menu; evenings offer a seasonal creative menu or a classics version, both leaning into the beef in a way that feels less like a theme and more like honesty.
