The half-timbered building has been an inn, a crêperie, and apparently a canvas for sculpted stone faces since before anyone's grandfather was born. Now it's a relaxed bistro where the team, trained through the Ducasse and Pic school of things, turns out what they call "pastoral" cooking, earthy and spice-warmed, at prices that won't require a second look at the bill. The Michelin Guide has given it a Bib Gourmand, which tracks.
