Maison Lagure
Modern French
The name comes from a coastal dune plant, which sets the tone: grounded, a little poetic, not trying too hard. This bistro in La Garenne-Colombes runs on bistronomie cooking from a team with serious Paris credentials, keeping the menu short and rotating. The room has faux concrete walls, a mottled mirror, and a glass-fronted wine cellar that regulars probably pretend not to clock every time they walk in.
