A boutique hotel grown out of a family winery in Austria's Wachau, with split-level suites whose floor-to-ceiling glass frames rocky vine terraces and the hulking Stift Göttweig monastery on the hill above. Locally sourced timber and stone keep it grounded while the rooms stay airy and warm. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
