The sign on the door says "modern Greek cuisine," and the kitchen takes that literally, pulling Hellenic flavors into refined, French-touched tasting menus that hold a Michelin star. This is a proper fine dining restaurant in a small Remstal town, cosy rooms and all, where the host personally steers you through an impressive list of Greek wines. Moussaka this is not, in the best possible way, actually, you know what, it simply isn't.
