    The rooftop bar books out fast enough that you'd think they were giving something away. Mama Shelter is a design-forward boutique hotel on Kneza Mihaila, Belgrade's pedestrian spine, where Jalil Amor's interiors go full riotous-whimsy in the public spaces and then dial back to something calmer in the rooms. The crowd skews young and the rates stay budget-conscious, which is a combination that gets harder to find the more a city heats up.
