A life-size pig greets you at the door, which sets the tone perfectly. This Basque dining room on the edge of Lekunberri is built entirely around the Euskal Txerri, a heritage breed raised free-range near Arruitz, and the kitchen follows through with two tasting menus. A charcuterie and fresh-meat shop runs alongside, in case lunch wasn't enough. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, and the pigs, reportedly, are happy.
