This is a relaxed New American restaurant in Pagosa Springs, the kind of place where the chef traded white tablecloths for something more interesting: an eclectic menu that hops freely between ideas but lands on quality produce and sure hands. The New York Times put it on their 2024 Restaurant List, which is not nothing for a mountain-town spot this far off the usual circuit.
