A former presbytery in Endingen's Old Town, now a minimalist fine dining room where a Michelin-starred chef splits his attention evenly between Kaiserstuhl produce and a wider international pantry. The set menu runs seven or eight courses, with a vegetarian path alongside. The team tables their own food and stays to talk, which sounds like a gimmick until it isn't. House-made sauces and salts are available to take home, in case the meal wasn't enough of a souvenir.
