This design hotel in Itaewon was the first Mondrian to open in Asia, and it leans into the modernist-inflected look the brand is known for while loading the rooms with every high-tech comfort the current era allows. Downstairs, Cleo channels old Hollywood glamour through a Mediterranean lens. The city view from up top, single malt in hand, does most of the talking.
