The dining room sits on the first floor of the historic Dior boutique on Avenue Montaigne, which means the tableware is, of course, Dior. Yannick Alléno runs this one-Michelin-star restaurant with a menu built around haute couture references, dishes named for "New Look" and the house's signature silhouettes. It's a fine dining room where the fashion metaphor is played completely straight, and somehow that makes it work.
