Monsieur V is a cosy neighbourhood restaurant in Linkebeek where the chef cooks nostalgic Gallic classics with the occasional Italian aside, and holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand for the trouble. The millefeuille alone has made regulars of people who only stopped in once.
