    A grand old hotel at the foot of the Matterhorn, with balconied rooms that frame the peak like a painting you'd never hang at home. The Mont Cervin runs closer to a proper European palace than a ski lodge, with a spa, indoor-outdoor pool, and staff who've been doing this long enough to make it look effortless. Michelin awarded it a Key. The trams up the mountain are a short walk away.
