Musciora

A father cooks while his son tends the room and the cellar, which gives Musciora the kind of focused intensity that usually takes a committee to ruin. This is a tasting-menu restaurant in Alghero built around Sardinian ingredients, offered across three menus: one from the sea, one from the hinterland, and one that folds both together. The wine list leans hard into small Sardinian producers and natural bottles from further afield.
