    Staff in coral uniforms is a detail you either love or quietly find charming, and at this boutique Relais & Chateaux hotel on a hill above Mykonos Town, it sets the tone. The whitewashed Cycladic architecture, sea-view pool, and a spa do the heavier lifting. It's close enough to the harbor's nightlife to be convenient and far enough up the hill to sleep through it.
