Nacho Manzano, the Asturian chef behind the Michelin-starred Casa Marcial, runs this traditional restaurant inside a stone country palace ringed by meadows and the Picos de Europa. The menu leans on regional cooking, with dishes drawn from the Casa Marcial playbook but grounded in the local larder. An old mill on the property still grinds cornflour, which ends up in the cornmeal fritters that open the meal.
