    There's no sign on the door, which is either very cool or a genuine navigation problem, depending on your mood. Inside, this fine dining tasting menu restaurant blends French technique with Taiwanese traditions and Japanese ingredients through a seasonal menu that shifts with what's good. A Michelin star. The dice on the table, marked with percentages for your preferred level of server interaction, is either charming or a little on the nose, but it does break the ice.
