    Nobu Matsuhisa's hotel on Talamanca Bay runs from fine dining to a beach bar where the sand gets between your toes at dinner. The resort earns a Forbes Four Star and leans into the full Ibiza fantasy: two seafront pools, a Six Senses spa, sunset yoga, and a short walk to the old town. Laidback and elegant are words that usually cancel each other out, but the bay view has a way of settling the argument.
